IT Continuity Starter Checklist

This quick checklist will help you determine how well-prepared your business is to respond to IT-related disruptions and recover effectively.

📋 Backup and Restore

• Do you have both onsite and offsite/cloud backups?
• Are backups performed daily or more frequently?
• Have you tested a full system restore in the past 6 months?

📋 Infrastructure Readiness

• Can key staff work remotely if the office becomes inaccessible?
• Are spare routers, power supplies, or loaner laptops available?
• Is your internet connection redundant or easily replaceable?

📋 Communication Plan

• Do you have pre-drafted messages for notifying staff and customers?
