Use this checklist to assess whether your business is ready to implement Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA):

• ✔ Do your critical systems support MFA natively?
• ✔ Are you using cloud services like Google Workspace or Microsoft 365?
• ✔ Have you identified users with access to sensitive or regulated data?
• ✔ Do you have an onboarding and offboarding process that enforces MFA?
• ✔ Is your IT team trained in deploying and managing MFA technologies?
• ✔ Have you communicated MFA policies clearly to staff?
